Subsided road surface

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 17:11, Thu 19 June 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7735052.

Road subsidence is causing a deep over hanging lip and uneven road surface, which is big and deep enough to cause an unexpected motorcycle to lose control plus potential damage to car tyres is caught correctly. Whole inside lane is showing subsidence due to the soft ground and foundations. Location is eastbound between Milton Interchange and Fen Ditton. Inside lane as you approach the countdown markers.

If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
