The footpath on the right hand side of the A£% as you travel east is a part of a Dorset recreational trail (the Jubilee Trial). It is impossible to walk safely off the road in this section from the turnoff to Robbies Cottage to Wellbottom Lodge. This serious safety concern was also raised in November 2024 but the footpath needs to be maintained regularly.
