Severely overgrown grass and nettles

Reported via mobile in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 10:30, Monday 16 June 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7715600.

Dangerously overgrown grass, weeds and nettles covering footpath along The Strand and Tanyard Lane creating trip hazards and limited access for pushchairs and other mobility aids. Steps are completely inaccessible. Grass is so long it is also limiting drivers views of the road ahead travelling towards Rye. Looks like the issue has been present for a while considering how long the grass is and how much is covering the pavement.
