Red Traffic Light not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7696494.

As you exit the M40 northbound at Junction 9 the middle traffic light for that first junction has no red light. Amber and green both working but no red bulb. Has been this way for weeks.
