Old main rd in terrible condition leading upto and including outside the melbreak hotel

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7686130.

Large potholes and rd surface in very poor condition getting lots of complaints in the Hotel (ca141xs) over the last three years. Cumbria county council say its not them, Cumberland council say its not theirs. please can someone help or they could be a large claim for a car.
