No lighting in subway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7685515.

No lighting in middle section of subway under roundabout. (Lighting in southern section of subway was previously fixed, but nothing has been done to fix lighting in middle section.) Also graffiti: some graffiti has been painted over, but there is still a lot of graffiti throughout subway.
