Large "rucks" in multiple locations across lane 1/2 heading north

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7682523.

Previous repairs have "rucked up" causing large fissures or ridges across the road. Numerous locations - road requires resurfacing as has been done southbound.

  • Thank you for submitting this report regading pavement defects.

    There are surveys being undertaken this year to better understand the underlying causes of the issues and to help develop deeper solutions that will have an improved longevity compared to previous make-safe patch repairs.

    Unfortunately a timescale for work to be undertaken is currently unavailable.
