3rd report of sign on pavement

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7680180.

This is the third report that a major road sign is still lying on the pavement since last year. Nice of you to cut the grass around it without fixing it. Let me repeat, it has been lying on the ground for over a year. Why do you keep closing this issue when it has not been resolved, maybe a Facebook.page called sign watch is needed, weekly updates o the issue!!
