There used to be a sign on the hardstanding saying 'authorised vehicles only' I feel that there should be a new sign erected and one to say NO HGV PARKING in an effort to stop HGV's parking on the hardstanding for breaks - previous reported under 7355032 on 28/03/25 but nothing yet done and HGV's are still parking there

Our team will arrange for this location to be coned off and we’ll assess the feasibility of installing delineators, as signage alone may be ineffective against HGVs. Any future installation of delineators will depend on available funding.
We also need to review the area to determine whether the hard standing signage remains necessary. If a sign is still required, we will proceed with reinstating it, subject to the necessary survey and design processes, as there has not been one in place for many years. Moving forward, this review will be added to our network needs register, and any potential signage will be considered within the broader allocation of designated funds, which may be prioritised for other assets across our network first.
