Lights on during the day

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7668400.

There are two street lights next to each other which are on during the day. Have been like this for weeks. Not sure of exact location on map but I saw them from the footpath near the Shoreham Airfield Training Dome. The path leads to New Monks Park past the Airport.
