Uneven dangerous surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7663704.
Extremely uneven road surface on the concrete section of the West bound carriageway from a mile after the Brocklesby interchange to A15 junction. The concrete sections recently repaired and renewed are not fit for purpose and are very dangerous. I use this road every day with a heavy goods vehicle and now fear for the damage being caused to my vehicle and others. The left lane needs to be closed with immediate effect before there is a serious accident where damage may occur to steering or suspension of vehicles travelling over this surface. I will keep a copy of this so in the event of an accident I can show I have reported the state of the road, but I suggest an immediate closure of the left hand lane and completely resurfacing and preferably with tarmac to provide an even smooth surface. Please notify me that you have received this report and what immediate action is to be taken.
