Closer to junction 4 the road surface seems to be breaking up in the outside lane,

    We are aware that there are sections of this road that are worn, and we have asked our inspection team to attend and assess the issue.

    Please be advised that a renewal scheme for the M18 J3-4 is scheduled for later this year and in the interim, we are monitoring this area and keeping it safe.
