No Traffic Light for Cyclists or Pedestrians

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 05:39, Sun 1 June 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7644545.

Why, why, why is there no signal for pedestrians trying to cross from the cycle path across Wimborne Road West on the Stapehill side of Canford Bottom?

Yesterday I tried crossing here on my bicycle with my four year old on the back of my bike. There is a restricted view of vehicles that come flying round the corning that have exited the A31 Westbound. It's dangerous trying to judge when to cross.

With traffic signals on all other approaches, why is there no traffic light here?
