On the east embankment of the A1/M, travellers have encroached on it

On the east embankment of the A1/M where it meets the Great North Road or A1000 going north towards Stevenage, a travellers site that is located at Oaklands, Welwyn have unlawfully taken fencing down, clearing huge amounts of vegetation down, including trees and now are storing vehicles and equipment there. The area that has been cleared is approximately 30 metres long by 20 meters wide. This has been going on for about 5 months or so.
