Japanese Knotweed find at between Lance Corporal Andrew Breeze Wy and M67

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 22:36, Wed 28 May 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7630686.

Japanese Knotweed find at between Lance Corporal Andrew Breeze Wy and M67 As you may be aware, Japanese Knotweed is a highly invasive plant species that can cause significant damage to property, infrastructure, and the local environment. Its rapid growth and extensive root system can undermine buildings, block drainage systems, and outcompete native plant species, leading to a loss of biodiversity. I am concerned about the potential for this infestation to spread to neighbouring properties and further impact our local area. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in bringing this matter to the attention and hope you can advocate for the prompt assessment and removal of this Japanese Knotweed infestation by qualified professionals.
