Temporary safety signs destroyed by impact.

Reported via mobile in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 17:38, Tue 27 May 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7624470.

Temporary safety signs for pedestrian crossing refuge have been destroyed by vehicle impact. These signs were installed as a temporary measure following original safety bollards being hit by a vehicle in December 2024. This further impact, plus the bike accidents in January 2025 and February 2025 in this location goes to show how dangerous this crossing is. Can this be taken seriously by Highway's England before someone gets seriously hurt or even worse. This crossing is used by children in the early hours of the morning to catch the school bus. Please take action now!
