M69 South Jct 2 Sign illegible

Reported via mobile in the Sign Obscured (NH) category anonymously at 16:59, Friday 16 May 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7580050.

On the M69 southbound approaching junction 2 (M6/A4600), the exit sign on the verge has become very illegible through dirt and age. The sign is no longer reflective at night and is in need for replacement as it appears to be at the end of it's useful life. The distance remaining has also been plated over previously which may need adding to the replacement sign to assist drivers decision making.

The sign is at exactly marker post 101.3 and has exit for Coventry A4600 and Birmingham M6.
