Sign not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7564477.

The digital dispaly with 480/V/ on it has not shown any information relating to the smart motorway. (Near the road sign M4 B 48.0) On 12/05 at around 09:00 all signs leading up to a closure were displaying closures and speed limits. This display is not showing anything at all.
