Infestation of tree

Hi there, I live at 25 Old Epworth Road and outside our house is the sound barrier to the M18. There are several trees that although could absolutely benefit from some maintenance on the residential side there is a tree that has been totally consumed by some sort of insect infestation. Looking online it appears to be some sort of caterpillar but they've now adopted another tree. Some aren't in the best condition anyway so if possible I'd really like to get them cut or at least treated as we're getting caterpillars on our windows, driveway etc and it's really not very nice.
