Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7554805.

Not a visibility issue, but a large crop which I have reported before. This is a very dangerous invasive species

This plant is now in full bloom and will shortly be spreading seeds over a large area this contravenes laws which state it is an offence to allow it to spread from your property. I have been reporting this over the past 3 years and nothing has been done
