Drainage Issue

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7550252.

The foot/cycle path here gets flooded every time it rains as there is no drainage and the edges of the path are overgrown so the water has nowhere to go.

    The local authority is responsible for maintenance issues of this nature on this road. It would appear that the footway is outside of our highway maintenance responsibility as the boundary stops at the back of the footway, and would therefore be for the Local Authority to intervene.
