Multiple repairs in the same location have left a surface that at first glance appears normal but which has the effect of a speed hump. Heavy vehicles driving over this hump continue to cause significant noise pollution to neighbouring properties, particularly at night and there is concern that the tremors caused by particularly heavy vehicles may begin to cause structural damage to neighbouring properties.
