Sign being ignored

This junction is dangerous. The visibility is poor due to a hill just before the junction with Newton Lane. The 'Reduce Speed Now' sign on the approaching A5 is being ignored by oncoming traffic. A vehicle pulling out from Newton lane is vulnerable to unseen speeding traffic cresting the A5 hill. After witnessing two serious collisions within a few days of each other, someone is going to die here unless something is done.
