Sign Obscured and Missing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7544104.

Sign Obscured and missing Approaching Netherne Drive Southbound on the A23 the new 30mph sign has been erected behind a traffic light sign and is completely obscured making it impossible to see.

There is also no 30mph in the central reservation (although there is for the road going from 2 to 1 lanes) so traffic in lane 2 have no chance of seeing the speed limit change especially if buses or hgvs are in lane 1.

Why is there not a sign for the new speed limit in the central reservation!

With no other signs indicating the speed limit change before the red light / speed camera, I don't understand how this was approved and signed off as satisfactory. It is also a safety issue.
