ACO Kerbs along this section are blocked due to a lot of silt and weeds. I am a Highways Inspector for National Highways I've been made aware Tewkesbury Council are responsible for sweeping along this section we need this sweeping so we can clean the ACO kerbs, in heavy rain this is causing flooding into live lane, do you have a sweeping programme for this as I've never seen it swept?
