Cracks on carriageway and pothole

Another disturbed night due to the vibration on my house caused by the cracks on both sides of the A12 and the pothole on the london bound side , on the Chelmsford side of the Fryerning lane road bridge. Please could you update me on planned maintenance for this section of the A12. This issue has been ongoing for months, and is impacting our sleep quality and causing worry due to potential damage to our property.
