Traffic, in outer of three right turn lanes from m60 clockwise for MCR direction, appears abruptly at v short metres distance due to vegetation, at 40 - 50 mph. Pedestrian like me can easily be tempted to cross on a red manand get struck by it. Why can't I load a photo?
