40mph speed limit

40mph speed limit signs have been left along this road for so long now, there is absolutely no reason why the speed limit is so low. It actually feels extremely dangerous driving so slowly on a dual carriageway. Why is the limit so slow? I presume the signs have been left by your lazy workers? Get this 40mph limit removed immediately. You are causing extreme frustration and delays to road users.
