Traffic lights - exit slip from junction 3 westbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7525352.

Two of the traffic lights at the roundabout have been hit by vehicles and are out of action..

They have been in this state for well over 3 months.

This is unacceptable and dangerous to approaching traffic, plus gives the impression that Highways England are not fit for purpose.

Please can the damaged traffic lights be reinstated.
