Red x in 2nd and 3rd lane causing a queue coming out of Leeds towards manchester

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7512549.

Queue building. It says 2 lanes are shut but after driving past there are no problems that should warrant 2 Red x’s

    We can advise that two lanes were closed at the time specified due to overrunning roadworks. The signals are set to protect road workers and were removed at 06:47, when we received confirmation that all roadworks had been removed and roadworkers had safely cleared the area.
