Pot hole at Deep Lane turnoff to go onto A38 Westbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7509180.

This pothole has been in situ for several weeks and appears to be getting deeper and wider. If drivers are not aware of this pothole and swerve to avoid it they are likely to hit another vehicle queuing in the outside lane at the traffic lights.
