Traffic lights appear to be broken.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7499105.

They go green for about 10 seconds then red for about 4 minutes. This is causing huge tailbacks all the way along the A292 as far as Sprotlands Avenue at rush hour.
