Light rotated ~180 degrees showing incorrect signal

I am writing to report a traffic light facing the wrong way on the road between the A30 and the eastbound Honiton Road. Latitude and longitude is 50°43'48.0"N 3°27'35.7"W, Google Maps plus code reference is PGHR+X2W Exeter, and What 3 Words is ///rabble.often.broom. The light is twisted 180 degrees and is misleading as you approach another set of lights, appearing to show it's green when it's actually red for the lane you're in which I've tried to represent in the edited photo. This has been present for probably a month now.
