Injured or possibly dead animal, looks like small dog, near the middle fence of the motorway, just after beaconsfield

There is a small animal laying with legs splayed in the middle of the road, by the 3rd lane going towards oxford. It is out of traffics way. I couldnt tell whether it is alive or dead.
