Most lights failing A27 Arundel

Reported via desktop in the Not working (NH) category anonymously at 18:52, Tuesday 22 April 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7466941.

Most lights on the A27 between the Crossbush junction and Crossbush Lane Arundel are not working. I walk this section and it feels very dangerous at night as the majority of the lights are not working, leaving the footpath in complete darkness. The lights have been out for nearly a year and each time I report I am told engineers will investigate. It is dangerous on a 40mph road with a pathway not separated by a grass verge. This is also right outside a popular restaurant and hotel with Crossbush lane on a tight bend. Any news on progress at this location?

Streetlights in particular are between 226/26 (which has no lamp attached to it, just a pole) and 227/06.
