No signage illuminated

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7453804.

Not a single lit sign on any of the slips at junction 2 of the M2 or any of the roundabouts. I must have reported this to National Highways over a year ago. Additionally, barely any of the street lights are working. The whole junction is a disgrace and you can clearly see the state of the infrastructure improve once you cross in to Medway Council. I seriously don't understand how National Highways justify the glacial pace of repairs. All the lit signs at junctions 3 and 4 are in the same state. Again, i have reported but nothing ever changes.
