Child’s bycicle tied to sign

On the entrance to Ramparts Trading Estate a child’s bycicle has been chained to the sign on the centre triangle into the estate. It has been there for a very long time and doesn’t give a good impression also the triangle is in a poor state and could do with being repaired.
