Pothole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7449340.

The pothole here is dangerous due to the size and location. I hit this pothole just prior to joi I h the A1 southbound and despite having g ringlet tyres, the pothole shredded the wall of my tyre and it was difficult for me to then get tk a safe location to call the AA for roadside assistance. The cost to replace my tyre was £162 which i wish to claim back from you. I have been told that this pothole has been there fir a considerable period of time. I have photos of the damaged tyre/ wheel. Kindest regards Hayley
