Previously submitted you say it’s NOT The Highways however Lancashire Council love clean streets app says it not them either and reverts back to you! PLEASE SORT ASAP…….Multiple bad pot holes and the road surface crumbling away causing damage to car tyres, located in direction from Leyland heading to Clayton Le Woods located immediately after the traffic lights. On the left hand side lane. This has been ongoing for a long time now and really needs urgent repair!
