Constant temporary traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7443251.

These temporary traffic lights have been in place for months and no work is ever being carried out in the area thet they cover. It’s very inconvenient and it’s adds a long time to your journey in rush hour. It doesn’t matter what time you drive passed no work is carried out on them. Have they been left over by mistake from the fitting of the speed cameras? Or is a speed camera being fitted there? And if it is when? But if a camera is being fitted why do these need to be there while no work is being carried out. There no justification for them to be there while no work is being carried out and the length of time they have been in situ is rediculous.
