Road surface has become a hazard to vehicles

This busy junction on the A35 and entrance to Waterleat Ave has become a hazard to vehicles turning into and out of this busy Jcn. I have reported this for 2years yet no action from DCC as they say it is your responsibility. Quote from my local Councillor Viz This is slightly odd one where this junction is part of the A35 trunk road and comes under the auspices of National Highways, rather than DCC. The Maintenace contract for this falls to a consortium called BBHA to maintain, who seem to have a 'blind spot' with this, despite frequent reminders from me and manty members of the public! So please can you inform me when a repair will take place and before a serious incident occurs
