Flickering street light on A36 Churchill Way East

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7423010.

On the slip road to and from Culver Street car park. Asset tag is 7213 2845 and has a 40mph sign attached to it. Causing a light pollution Issue for the nearby houses.
