Road surface sunk

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7416745.

Strip of road surface going across both carriageways has failed, sunk and the top dressing cracked and potholes. Very uncomfortable driving over (cannot avoid it) and unsettles truck when driving over.
