Unauthorised personnel closing the slip road

FixMyStreet ref: 7408818.

A11 slip road closed at stump cross after 4.5 hours, due to a lorry pulled over on the slip road, by unauthorised personnel. No emergency services in attendance. I had driven down the slip road twice in the 4.5 hours before the individuals concerned closed it. No warning at junction prior to this forcing everyone to drive to Bushops Stortford and back as a diversion.
