The lights in the FOOTPATH/CYCLE PATH under the M1 alongside the B487 are not working.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7407247.

Lights are not working and it is unsafe due to lack of visibility of the surface but also from a personal safety point of view as it is not possible to see if anyone is lurking in there
