Obsured sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7404748.

"Unsuitable for HGV" sign is obscured at the top of the village, this results in HGVs and coaches coming through the village when M3 is closed or blocked. Small village roads not suitable to vehicles of this size, but signage is very poor/not visible. Absolute chaos in Dummer last weekend because of M3 closure
