Signage issues

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7398644.
Whilst travelling north bound on the M1 motorway on Sunday 6th April 2025 i would like to point out/complain about the overhead signalling.
I was travelling northbound between Junction 21 and 25 approximately 9.30am to 10am.
At one overhead signal it showed 50 miles an hour, the next one along the motorway looked blank from a distance so i increased my speed but it wasn't until one was right on top of it that i think it showed 40 but couldn't tell. Now i couldn't tell if this was because the signal was faulty, not working or whether the sunlight was upon it. The next one along was the same, couldn't tell what it showed until one was right up on it, again the same possible causes, as it turned out when was was right upon it it showed the national speed limit symbol. Then a little bit further on the motorway there was a square overhead signal to the right of the motorway, not all the way across and this one was clearly showing the national speed limit.
Could these signals be looked into please and my issue be clarified or rectified.
I say this as i am expecting a speeding notice that i believe will not be my fault. Also there will be many others issued for that part of the motorway that will be wrongly issued.
