Footpath tunnel only

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7398401.

The lights within the footpath tunnel going under the motorway on the Nickey line heading up to Hemel from Redbourn are not working. ALL LIGHTS are not working.

This is highly dangerous making the footpath unsafe.
