Gantry over northbound M5 - sign not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7396143.

Lane 2 display for Variable Speed limit is broken. It does not display anything when Lane 1 has a speed resriction. I phoned to report this some nine months ago (even gave the gantry number!), but it has not been fixed/
