Group of approx. 8 ash trees on private land on west side of B6179 Derby Road that is owned by National Highways Limited (title DY13256). The trees have been assessed by County Council Tree Inspectors as being in a poor condition and are posing a risk to the highway. There is also a hawthorn tree on land that is encroaching over the footway/carriageway.

County Council recommends felling all ash trees and cutting back the hawthorn within the next 6 months. Letter and tree report has been sent to [email removed]

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
